In recent survey of Indian
corporate employees, it has been observed that good %age of employees are
suffering from work life imbalance. Main symptoms of work life imbalance are
body pain, feeling tiredness, struggling relations and non-clarity about
priorities etc.
Knowing or unknowingly we may
also get inflicted to it. We are suggesting few steps which may help in keeping
our physical and mental health at peak level.

Regular minimum 15
to 30 minutes’ exercise/meditation is must. It keeps our body and mind
flexible.

Follow a balanced
diet regime. Avoid junk foods. Green vegetables & fruits are important for
nutrition’s.

We need to be self-motivated.
Find the ultimate purpose of our life and work. It will give you positive
energy. Stay away from demotivating persons and contents.

Utilise working day
at your best of capacity. Full utilisation of office hours will give us sound
sleep and we will be able to use holiday/off-day for nobler purposes.

Give due importance
to relations. Relations are important to keep us social and humble. Utilising
holidays/off-days for relations gives more satisfying experience.

Utilise holidays for
updating yourself in terms of knowledge/skills. Give adequate time for rest and
emptying mind.

Minimum 6-8 hours of
sleep is must.

If time permits do
community service for at-least few hours in a month. It will help in
self-realisation.

Define priorities
