आजकल देश में, देश प्रेम पर बड़ी बड़ी बहस होने लगती है| हम अपने आप को एक दूसरे से बेहतर देश प्रेमी सिद्ध करने में लग जाते ह्नै| यह प्रवृत्ति नौकरी पेशा और बिज़नेसमैन दोनों में हमने देखी है | क्या देश प्रेम बहस करने से सिद्ध होता है|

तमाम सारी छोटी छोटी चीजों के लिए हम चीन जैसे देश पर निर्भर है | जोकि खुले आम अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर हमारे देश के खिलाफ काम करता है लेकिन छोटे छोटे मुनाफे के लिए हमारा व्यापारी वर्ग आज उत्पादक से ट्रेडर बन बैठा है| एक बड़ा वर्ग आज चीन का कमीशन एजेंट बन गया है | देश प्रेमी आप कैसे हो सकते हो जब अपने देश के लोगो से ही प्यार नहीं करते| अपने ही लोगो पर भरोसा नहीं करते | कुछ लोगो में तो एनआरआई बनने की होड़ लग गयी है |

हमारा कॉर्पोरेट नौकरी पेशा वर्ग भी बहुत बड़ा देशभक्त होने का दावा करता है | भाई एक बार सोचो तो की तुम्हारी कितनी शक्ति चुगलखोरी और एक दूसरे की टांग खींचने में निकल जाती है | कितने परसेंट लोग अपना खाली समय समाज कि निःस्वार्थ सेवा में लगाते हैं ?

भारत हमेशा से एक आध्यात्मिक देश रहा है | सारे लोग सर्व जन हिताय सर्व जन सुखाय की भावना से काम करते रहे है लेकिन जबसे लोग सिर्फ अपने मतलब की सोचने लगे देश पराभव की ओर जाने लगा| सारी दुनिया की भेड़चाल में हमने भी प्रकृति के विनाश में कोई कोर कसर नहीं छोड़ी | आज उसका परिणाम झेल रहे है| आज एक खुद से सोचने की जरुरत है कि सरकारी सिस्टम ही महामारी में लोगो की सेवा कर रहा है | कुछ अपवाद को छोड़ कर प्राइवेट सेक्टर सिर्फ अपनी इमेज चमकाने में ही लगा है | दरअशल आज जो पीढ़ी व्यापार जगत को कण्ट्रोल कर रही है उसमे मानवीय मूल्यों की कोई समझ नहीं है | उम्मीद करना चाहिए कि जब ये बिज़नेस में प्रेम के महत्व को समझने लगेगी तो देश प्रेम भी धीरे धीरे समझ में आ ही जायेगा|

लेकिन यह ध्यान रखना कि कथनी और करनी का यह अंतर तुम्हे हमेश कस्ट देता रहेगा अतः यही समय हैं जब हमें एक होकर देश के नव निर्माण में लगना चाहिए और दुनिया को भी इसकी सीख देनी चाहिए |    

Once English Writer Robert Benton said that Thread of love is much stronger than any other thing. Some peoples say that love and spirituality are different from each other but I think that love is a form of spirituality. Love with self, love with God and love with righteousness.

Love is under current of all spiritual activities.

There may be different form of love like support to new comers, respect to senior team members. Helping each other in developing a great team. Developing cross functional teams etc. Adherence to office policies and proceedures is nothing but a form of love towards our employer.

Love in spirituality means mean genuine compassion for humankind. We are not talking about romance or sex. Nor are we referring to god or religion, because while love and spirituality have to a degree been adopted by various religious organisations and beliefs, here love and spirituality do not imply or require a religious component or affiliation at all. Far from it. Anyone can love other people. And everyone is in their own way spiritual.

We try to bring out their inner potentials and strive them for excellence. Since excellence is the way God made the world. It should be purpose of the business of leaders.
